Creator Agreement

This Creator Agreement is a supplement to the ReelPay Terms & Conditions and applies specifically to creators who apply, are approved for, and post Reels through our platform, operated by Plintho Digital LLP.

1. Eligibility

• You are 18 years or older and legally competent to enter contracts.
• You have an active public Instagram profile and a functional UPI ID in your own name.
• Any details submitted on your profile are true and current.

2. Campaign participation

• Approval for a campaign is at ReelPay's and the business's discretion.
• Once approved, you must accept the campaign contract in your dashboard before submitting a Reel. Contract acceptance is timestamped and forms a binding agreement.
• You will follow the brief, use the campaign code, tag the required handle, and use the required hashtags.
• You will keep the Reel public and undeleted for the entire "Reel live" period stated in the contract.

3. Verified views & payouts

• Views are verified manually by ReelPay on the verification date. Instagram's public view counter is the primary source.
• Payout is calculated as: min(verified_views, payable_view_cap) × rate ÷ 1,000, capped at the campaign's max earning per creator.
• If verified views are below the minimum qualifying threshold, no payout is due.
• Optional viral bonus (if any) is at ReelPay's and the business's discretion.
• Payouts are made via UPI (or bank transfer where specified) within the payout window, after any statutory deductions.

4. Prohibited actions

• Buying views, likes, saves, or comments, or using automation/bots.
• Editing or deleting the Reel before the live-duration ends without written permission.
• Removing or altering the campaign code, tags, or hashtags.
• Posting duplicate or recycled content across multiple campaigns.

Breach of any of the above disqualifies you from the campaign and, at ReelPay's discretion, from future campaigns. Any pending payout for the disqualified submission is forfeited.

5. Content licence

You retain full copyright to the Reel you create. By participating, you grant Plintho Digital LLP and the campaign business a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to view, share, embed, and re-promote the Reel on their official channels during the campaign and for 12 months after. You will not be paid additional amounts for such re-promotion.

6. Taxes

You are responsible for reporting your creator earnings and paying applicable taxes. ReelPay may deduct TDS or other statutory deductions where required and will provide a payout receipt for each transaction.

7. Independent contractor

You participate as an independent contractor. Nothing here creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship between you, ReelPay, or the business.

8. Termination

Either side may end this Agreement at any time. ReelPay may also suspend a creator account for fraud, policy breach, or repeated no-shows. Payouts for approved and verified submissions before termination will still be honoured.
