Terms & Conditions

Welcome to ReelPay. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ReelPay platform operated by Plintho Digital LLP. By creating an account or submitting a business lead, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we do

ReelPay is a semi-managed creator campaign platform. Businesses run campaigns with a fixed budget. Creators apply, post Instagram Reels for approved campaigns, and receive payouts based on manually verified views.

2. Creator obligations

  • Provide accurate, current information — including your UPI ID for payouts.
  • Follow the campaign brief, required tags, hashtags, and campaign code.
  • Do not buy views, use fake engagement, or run paid promotions unless the campaign explicitly allows it.
  • Keep the reel live for the duration mentioned in the campaign contract.
  • Submit proof (screenshots, screen recordings) if requested by ReelPay for verification.

3. Business obligations

  • Provide accurate business, brief, and contact information.
  • Pay the agreed campaign budget upfront. Campaigns go Live only after payment is confirmed.
  • Do not contact creators outside the platform to bypass verification and payout.

4. Payouts

  • Payouts are calculated as: min(verified_views, payable_view_cap) × rate ÷ 1,000, capped at the campaign's max earning per creator.
  • Views below the minimum qualifying threshold are not payable.
  • Verification is manual and done by ReelPay on the scheduled verification date.
  • Payouts are processed by UPI (or bank transfer) within the payout window mentioned in the campaign contract.
  • All amounts are in Indian Rupees (₹). TDS or other statutory deductions may apply.

5. Content ownership & usage

  • You (the creator) retain ownership of the Reel you create.
  • By participating in a campaign, you grant the business and ReelPay a limited, non-exclusive licence to view, share, and re-promote the Reel through their official channels for the duration of the campaign and 12 months after.
  • ReelPay may also feature the Reel and campaign stats in aggregate reports and marketing materials.

6. Prohibited conduct

  • Fraudulent view inflation, sock-puppet accounts, or paid view services.
  • Content that is defamatory, unlawful, obscene, or violates Instagram's community guidelines.
  • Sharing another creator's account, or misrepresenting your identity.

7. Suspension and termination

ReelPay may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraud, or acts in bad faith. Payouts for disqualified submissions will be withheld.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

ReelPay is provided "as is". We do not guarantee any minimum earnings, campaign approvals, or view counts. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount actually paid or payable to you through the platform in the preceding three months.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the dashboard or email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

10. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kerala, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
