This Privacy Policy explains how Plintho Digital LLP (operating the ReelPay platform, "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our website and services.

1. Information we collect

• Creator accounts: name, phone, email, city, Instagram handle, UPI ID, optional bank details, categories, bio, sample reel links.
• Business leads: business name, contact person, phone, email, city, campaign type, and campaign brief you submit through our forms.
• Campaign activity: applications, submitted reel links, view counts we verify manually, screenshots you upload as proof, and payout records.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, cookies used purely for keeping you signed in.

2. How we use your information

• To operate the platform — match creators with businesses, verify views, calculate payouts, and generate contracts and receipts.
• To contact you about your campaigns, applications, or payouts by email, WhatsApp, or phone.
• To detect fraud, protect creators and businesses, and enforce our Terms.
• To comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations under Indian law.

3. How we share information

• With businesses: we share the creator's public Instagram handle, city, and reel performance data for campaigns they participate in. UPI and bank details are never shared with businesses.
• With service providers: secure cloud hosting, storage, and analytics providers under written data-processing terms.
• Legal: if required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety.
• We do not sell personal data.

4. Data retention

We keep your account and campaign records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period after that to satisfy tax, accounting, and legal obligations (typically 8 years). Payout receipts and contracts are retained as financial records.

5. Your rights

• Access, correct, or update your profile any time from the creator dashboard.
• Request deletion of your account by writing to hello@reelpay.in. We may retain data required for financial records.
• Withdraw consent for marketing messages by replying "STOP" or emailing us.

6. Security

Passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing. All traffic is served over HTTPS. Access to admin systems is restricted to authorised Plintho Digital LLP personnel.

7. Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in (httpOnly session cookies) and remember basic UI preferences. We do not use advertising cookies.

8. Children

ReelPay is not intended for users under 18. Creators must be at least 18 years old to sign up and receive payouts.
